The supported follow-up window is 1–30 days. Within that workflow, QuotePilot AI supports one owner-scoped email follow-up sequence with ordered steps. A sequence configuration is not a sent message and does not guarantee a customer response.
How does QuotePilot AI handle consent-aware outreach?
Outreach is designed around customer replies and opt-outs. SMS is used only where the customer has properly authorized it. This FAQ does not claim that an outreach channel is enabled without the required setup and authorization.
Can QuotePilot AI send live email follow-ups today?
No. Live email sending is unavailable until the required email credentials are connected. The supported email follow-up workflow is configuration-only; it is not simulated sending presented as live.
